Delivery method: Our bagged products are delivered by an all terrain pallet truck. This requires the unloading area to be on hard ground.

How big are your bags and how much do they weigh? Our bags are 1-tonne, bulk builder bags that are approximately 660 litres. These weigh approximately 750 kilos. If these are too big, you can opt for a half-size bag that is approximately 330 litres.

What is loose delivery? Loose delivery means your product is delivered without a bag or pallet and is tipped directly onto your driveway. The number of loose loads you choose is equivalent to a bag, e.g. 2 loose loads is equivalent to 2 bags. By choosing this method, we can offer cost savings as it eliminates the need for packaging or pallets. Our Loose delivery uses a 7.5t, 3-way tipper lorry, allowing us to access some tight spots!

How is bagged delivery carried out? Our bagged items are delivered on a pallet using an all-terrain pallet truck, ensuring convenience and care. Unlike other companies that leave it at the kerbside, we go the extra mile—literally—by manoeuvring the pallet as close as possible to where you need it, saving you the hassle of heavy lifting. Our delivery team has received glowing reviews for their effort in making your delivery as easy as possible. Please note, the pallet truck is 5ft wide, so access may be limited in narrow spaces, but we'll always do our best to accommodate your needs

What are your delivery options? We are extremely flexible and can fit to your busy schedule. We are therefore happy to offer offer named day and weekend delivery. We can also arrange a specific time if you would like to be in when we arrive.

How do I order? We do things a little differently to others, you can contact our team directly via WhatsApp or complete the enquiry form. Communicating via WhatsApp allows us to keep you in the loop about your product every step of the way, reducing any uncertainty and ensuring we can quickly answer any questions you have about the product or delivery.

How much product will I need? Please see our quantity calculator to work out how much you need. If you need some extra help, please do not hesitate to get in touch and an expert can assist you.

How do I pay? Because we are so confident you'll love the product, we only take payment once the delivery has been completed. This means you only pay once the product is on your driveway and you have seen it; no pre-payment is required, showcasing our confidence in the product. Payment options include cash or bank transfer.

One 600 litre bag would cover approximately 24 square meters at a depth of 25mm. This is ideal for lawns.

Our 20mm topsoil is a robust and economical solution for a variety of landscaping needs. This coarser grade topsoil is excellent for creating substantial base layers in new garden beds or levelling out landscapes.

Rich in nutrients and organic matter, our 20mm topsoil promotes strong root development and ensures optimal growing conditions for a range of plantings. It's particularly effective for projects that require a deeper layer of soil for effective root spread, such as for larger shrubs and trees.

While this topsoil can be used on its own for general landscaping purposes, it also serves as a perfect base layer beneath finer soils that can be added later for more delicate plants or to achieve a smoother, more aesthetically pleasing surface finish. That's why we recommend it is paired with our finer 10mm graded topsoil for a smoother finish.
